CLARK FARM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • In order to correctly and accurately look up parts you will need your machines manufacturers model number and in some cases serial number(s).  Please note that units will have different model/serial numbers such as for engines, frames and/or mower decks.
  • Please reconfirm your machines brand, year, and/or model and part numbers with our Parts Department if you are unsure before ordering.  Incorrectly looked up parts are your sole responsibility.
  • Some older parts displayed in this section are no longer available. If no price is shown, it is currently not available.
  • These parts catalogs pertain to models sold in the United States only.
  • Most parts will ship from our shop within 1 - 3 business days (except on special order items).
  • Credit and/or debit card purchases: A 3.5% Customer Service Fee will automatically be added to all credit or debit card transactions. This is a nationwide ruling by FirstData® Credit Card processors. To avoid this fee, purchases will need to be made by cash or check.

Tax: Tax will be charged on all orders shipped anywhere in North Carolina.

NOTE: Orders over 10 lbs are subject to additional shipping charges.
We will charge actual shipping charges to packages that are in excess
of 10 lbs in lieu of the flat rate charges.

Oversized shipments: Please contact us for a freight quote. If items are too heavy or too large for standard ground shipments they will be shipped by freight truck. The average shipping charge for freight service runs between $50 and $75 dollars, but this amount can vary based on specific information. Include your daytime phone number on the order form so the carrier can schedule merchandise delivery to be made when you will have unloading help on hand. It’s always better if you can arrange drop off at a commercial location. (Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise.)

Express Delivery:  Please contact us to see if products are in stock. Upgrading to second day air has no affect on how long it takes us to ship products, but rather affects the delivery time after leaving our facility. The shipper guarantees 2 day delivery once it picks the item up for transit.

Product Shipped Notification: You will receive an email with tracking information (if available, dependent on shipping method) when your order has been shipped from clarkfarmparts.com

Back Orders
: Most parts are in stock or available in 1-2 business days. Some parts and special order parts not listed by picture on our web site may take longer. We have very efficient suppliers and if your local dealer says it is not available for an extended period, check with us.

Special Orders: Special Order parts that are not in stock can take approximately 1 - 2 weeks to get in. Because it is a Special Order, your credit card will be charged at the time of the order. Please Note: Returns will be subject to a 20% Manufacturer's restocking charge.  

Return Policies: These are our Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from ClarkFarmParts.com  Our Sales Policy includes a 20% processing charge on all returns.  Shipping costs are not refundable.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  You may obtain an RMA number by contacting us by email or by calling  336-621-4371 during regular business hours.

Products that are not eligible for return and which will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
   • Any product not purchased from ClarkFarmParts.com
   • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail   box and all other items originally included with the product.
   • Any product that exhibits physical damage

Non – Returnable Products:


The following products are not returnable. Please allow a customer service representative to assist you when purchasing 
the following items in order to guarantee that you are receiving the correct product.
 
• Engines
• Belts
• Short blocks 
• Decks
• Electrical
• Manuals
• Gaskets
• Seals

Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.

Refunds:  According to U.S. law, refund credits can only be returned back to the card of original purchase. In the event that a card can no longer be charged back (lost card etc.) an attempt on our part has to be made at least once and then a company check will be sent to the purchaser. The company check process can delay the time taken to receive the refund.

Shipping or Website Errors:  Should the customer receive product(s) not expressly ordered either by our shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge. We at clarkfarmparts.com strive to provide the best quality products, but from time to time a product might not perform to manufacturers specifications.  Please take a moment to review our warranty policy below.

Manufacturers Warranties: All products sold by clarkfarmsupply.com and clarkfarmparts.com have a manufacturer warranty.  Please be aware that warranties from defects are provided strictly through the manufacturer.  If your part is eligible for a warranty claim, our customer service staff will get information from you to process your claim and will provide instructions for you.  We will also assist you in receiving a  Warranty Authorized Return number which will allow you to return the defective part. If you believe you have a defective product please contact customer service at 336-621-4371 so we can assist you.

Engines on/off equipment: If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to a local authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty. Please contact customer service to assist you in finding the nearest authorized service center.

How do I cancel my order? If you wish to cancel your order, call our Customer Service Department during normal business hours. Unless the order is a special order item or the product has already shipped, your order will be canceled without penalty. If your order is for a special order item, we will have to verify with the manufacturer that the order can be canceled. You would be responsible for any restock fees charged by that manufacturer. If your order has already shipped, you will have to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting customer service. You will be responsible for returning the shipment. There will be a restocking fee and no reimbursement for the original S&H charge.Other ways to place an order:

Have your equipment and/or engine model and serial number ready when calling if you need parts lookup. IMPORTANT: Your engine will have a different model and serial number than the equipment it is on. We cannot look up parts without this model and serial information.

By Fax:
Simply fax the part number to us at (336) 375-7855.  Include Part number, description, quantity, credit card number (name and expiration date, our secure shop cart is safer) and Ship to address. Please include your Email address. Faxes must contain all contact information.

By Mail:

Include part number, description, quantity, credit card number (include name on card and expiration date), phone number and email address. You may also pay by personal check or money order, but your order will not ship until the check or money order clears (this usually takes about 5-10 business days). Exceptions are postal money orders, which are treated the same as cash.

Purchase Orders

Clark Farm Supply accepts purchase orders from governments and educational facilities. You must fax all purchase order requests to (336) 375-7855. No purchase order will be accepted without being faxed to us. Please use the following check list to help identify the information that must be on the purchase order.

    • First and last name of person placing order with company/agency name
    • Phone number
    • Complete billing address
    • Complete ship to address (indicate if same as billing)
    • Quantity of items ordered
    • Item numbers and descriptions
    • Unit prices and extensions
    • Sales tax (NC shipping addresses only) if applicable

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be certain that the item ordered is the correct one for your needs. No returns are accepted without written approval. Call 336-621-4371 to obtain a return merchandise authorization number. This number MUST accompany the return or the return will not be processed.

Prices are subject to change. If in the event a product prices change and has yet to be updated in the online ordering system, we will hold the order and contact the buyer. We will NOT process any order in without the expressed approval of the customer if the price is different than the one published.
